Tour Concert 2010 - Narragansett

Music will help to greet the spring on the Anthony Safka Auditorium Stage at Narragansett
School, 460 Baldwinville Rd., Templeton, with two Friday night concerts.
Both programs are free and open to the public, and both will begin at 7:30 p.m.

On Friday, April 16, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Concert Band will join
forces with the Greater Gardner Community Chorale (ggcchoir.org). The band, conducted by Stephen
Babineau and Thomas Reynolds, is dedicated to performance of original band works. In

Winter Concert

Come and see the MIT Concert Band perform their Winter Concert. This concert will feature George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue (Robert L. Rucinski '99, Soloist).

When: Saturday, February 27, 2010 8PM
Where: Kresge Auditorium

Free reception following the concert.

IAP rehearsals start January 19th!

Come join concert band as we begin our spring season a little early. If you're on campus please come to rehearsals throughout January. Check the schedule on the calendar to see where we are having rehearsal. We are eagerly seeking percussion, low brass, and a few flutes. Email bavicchi-lives at mit dot edu with questions about instruments, schedule, or anything.
