Rehearsals

Concert Band rehearsals for the 2024 – 2025 academic year will take place every Tuesday 7:00pm – 9:00pm and Sunday 6:30pm – 8:30pm. A full schedule for the year is pasted below, including the location for each of these rehearsals. Please check this schedule regularly, since times and locations could change.

Most of these rehearsal locations don’t require an MIT ID to access (at least during our rehearsal times), although if you do need one to enter, there’s always kind MIT students that will let you into the buildings! If you would like to experience what a band rehearsal is like, or would want to join band, feel free to come anytime and say hi! In the meantime, please enjoy this small extract from one of our rehearsals, where you can see one of our conductors, Tom, guiding us through Haydn’s fantasies!
